Edwin L. Keating, III is a partner of the firm. His practice focuses on representing health care providers in a variety of issues including the defense of medical malpractice claims and licensing and credentialing matters. He also represents corporations and private individuals in complex civil litigation matters. Mr. Keating has successfully represented numerous clients in the federal and state courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has also been an invited lecturer on the topic of medical malpractice at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Prior to joining Baxter, Baker, Sidle, Conn & Jones, P.A., Mr. Keating was a partner of the law firm Anderson, Coe, & King, LLP and a law clerk for the Honorable Robert H. Heller of Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Mr. Keating graduated with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center where he received a LLM. He received a J.D. from Pace University School of Law where he was an Articles Editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. He received a B.A. from the University of Connecticut where he majored in political science.
