Siobhan R. Keenan practices in the area of general civil litigation with special emphasis on commercial litigation, toxic torts, and medical malpractice. She is a member of the Bars of the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the District of Maryland. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dartmouth College in 1992 and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1995. While in law school, she was Co-Chairman of the Moot Court Board, active in the Environmental Law Society, and completed internships with the Maryland Attorney General and the United States Attorney for the District of Maryland. Upon graduation, Ms. Keenan clerked for the Honorable Warren J. Krug in the Circuit Court for Calvert County, Maryland.
